Ensure a Successful Delivery

Please tell us about access concerns, such as muddy, steep, or icy driveways, no parking zones, difficult to find houses such as those that are not numbered, aggressive dogs/animals, or anything else that might help us complete your delivery.  

Please shovel and sand/salt your driveway. Clear obstructions, such as vehicles and machinery, and make a pathway to the fill port if there is snow. Secure aggressive pets. 

Regular maintenance of your home heating oil tank is important to ensure it's working properly and efficiently. We do not provide this service, but recommend hiring a service provider for regular cleaning, inspection, and repairs. 

We do not assume responsibility for failed tanks.  

We highly encourage customers to sign up for auto-delivery. This guarantees a spot on our schedule and ensures that your tank will be filled when you need it. We use special software to determine fill-ups based on usage, time of year, and temperature.

We work with Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc. to provide fuel assistance to select areas in Hillsborough County. Please call us to see if we service your area.
